On October 9, 2023, the 7th International Master Chef Charity Gala Dinner was held at the Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China. With a total of 700 Chinese chefs to participate in the Charity Gala Dinner, this set the world record granted by the World Record Association for being the largest number of Chinese chefs to participate in Charity Gala Dinner in the world.
